BDS Photo/Video Release Form

I understand that by submitting this form any submitted photo/video(s) and any future submitted photo/video(s) will NOT be returned to me and will become sole property of BDS Suspension. I am authorizing BDS Suspension full rights to use the photo/video(s) and any photos/videos taken by BDS for an indefinite period of time for any materials that include, but are not limited to, catalogs, brochures, flyers, newletters, videos, and web sites. I understand that I will receive no compensation should any of my photographs be used. Submission of a photo/video(s) does not guarantee that it will be used in any BDS publication.
