Gift card offer applies to BDS Suspension purchases of $750 or more. Gift cards will be issued in the following denominations:

Official Rules:

• This offer is not valid with any other offer.
• Offer open to consumers only. Employees, retailers, distributors of BDS products and family members are not eligible.
• Mail in Cabela’s gift card offer is valid on purchases of $750 or more, labor costs not included. One rebate per consumer.
• Valid only on purchases made between August 17 and November 30, 2009. (Purchases from August 17-30 will be honored even if your form states a September 1 start date.)
• Mail a copy of your original store receipt indicating the date of purchase and products purchased with a completed request form. All purchases will be verified with the retailer to avoid fraud.
• All requests must be postmarked by December 15, 2009. Not responsible for lost, damaged, missing or misdirected mail. Please retain a copy of your original request for your records.
• A prepaid Cabela’s gift card will be issued within 5 business days of receipt and verification and mailed to the address on the request form.
• Offer vaild in the United States only. Void where prohibited or otherwise restricted.
