The weather was great for the weekend, the track was long and spread out as the Monster Trucks ran the same course as the Stadium trucks.  Before the event started, long time legend, Army Armstrong, the announcer of the Jamboree’s, came over to the After Burner pit area and did an interview with Sonny talking to him about the sponsors on the truck, getting to know more information about BDS Suspension, Truxedo, Pro Comp Tires and Wheels, Auto Meter and checking out the After Burner.  Sonny had three qualifying runs through the weekend, ending up qualifying third out of all the competitors from around the nation.  Sunday was race day as everyone got paired up to race the “S” course.  Sonny and the After Burner ended up with 5^th place, but still remains 1^st in season points.  Thanks to BDS Suspension, Truxedo, Pro Comp Tires & Wheels, Auto Meter and Sport Truck Specialties.
