Sonny Dohrmund & After Burner
New Name — New Look
The MAC ATTACK has new name and a new look, now known as the AFTER BURNER, the comments at the Springfield, Mo. jamboree were great. Everyone likes the new look. The race at Springfield is on asphalt with dirt jumps making for an interesting course, especially in the corners. There were three shows, with the nation’s best competitors. The new and improved AFTER BURNER team picked off a win at each show, having the fastest time for the weekend and 1st place for the best appearing truck (thanks to the vinyl wrap from Hale Printing in Davenport, Iowa).
The AFTER BURNER team would like to thank BDS Suspension, Truxedo, Pro Comp Tires & Wheels and Sport Truck Specialties for the support.

2007 Season Begins
Starting the '07 summer season, the team traveled to Fredericksburg, Texas March 31st thru April 1st for the Special Events 4 Wheel and Off Road Jamboree. Several inches of rain blanketed the fairgrounds which resulted in extremely muddy conditions With some of the nations top competitors, Sonny in the Mac Attack qualified third Saturday afternoon. Sunday was a whole new day; hot and dry, racing was drastically improved. The new set of Pro Comp Mud Terrains hooked up and the truck ran like it was on rails, as the dust cleared so did the competitors, taking the Mac Attack to the finals. Sonny drove the Mac Attack, Sport Truck Specialties, BDS Suspension, Truxedo, Pro Comp Tires and Wheels truck into the winner's circle. Thanks for all the support, next on the schedule is Springfield, Missouri May 5th and 6th.
