FAQ

How do I change my "My Garage" password?

Login using your existing username and password. Click "Edit" next to your name in the upper right corner of the window. On the next screen, click "Edit Password". Enter current password and new password. Verify new password and click "Update Password."

Do you have a kit for my vehicle & how much will does it cost?

Our Product by Vehicle section will tell you exactly which products are available for your vehicle and allow you to compare the prices of available lifts. You can step through the purchasing process to customize the kit.

What comes in the kit?

The Product by Vehicle section will give you the complete kit list and allow you to customize your kit. You will select your vehicle during Step 1. Step 2 will allow you to choose your lift. Step 3:Kit Details has what you're looking for, the complete kit listing along with wheel height and installation difficultly level.

All post-installation and warranty questions

Any question you have about a kit that has been installed on your vehicle, either professionally or by you, should first be directed to the distributor that sold you the kit or installed the kit. If they are not able to answer your question, please contact us and we will be happy to assist you.

How can I contact someone from the Pride & Joy section?

Bds Suspension cannot provide contact information for any of the owners whose trucks are in the Pride & Joy section.

Where do I send my Pride & Joy Picture?

You need to fill out a form and attach your photos.

How do I identify auto trac equipped Chevy/GMC vehicles?

Check the silver dollar sized tag on the rear of the transfer case. If the tag is stamped np243, it does not have auto trac. If auto 4wd is printed on the dash near the 4 wheel drive push buttons, the vehicle is equipped with auto trac.
